If we grow the plant and install the plant, we guarantee the plant, provided you take care of it. If we do not grow the plant, but install it, we guarantee that our work did not cause the death of the plant or we will replace it for free. We do not guarantee any plant we do not grow, unless it comes from a grower or retailer that guarantees their plants.

Labor cost to reinstall a guaranteed plant may be charged if it is found that you neglected to properly care for the plant, or follow instructions that were provided to you. Examples of neglect could include failure to properly water the plant or deliberately removing a cage protecting the plant or fertilizing the plant with a chemical fertilizer.

Most contractors charge double or triple their regular mark up to guarantee a tree. Most do not grow their own trees. And most refuse to guarantee any plant.
